Everything is built inside HubSpot using native tools — no third-party dependencies unless your use case specifically requires them.

  • No — email content is provided by you. We handle the build, logic, triggers, and configuration inside HubSpot.   • Pricing depends on scope. A focused engagement covering two or three core workflows typically starts from $2,500 NZD. A full automation build across multiple workflow types sits between $4,000 and $8,000 NZD. We always work to a fixed scope so there are no surprises. For ongoing support, our RevOps retainer packages start from $3,200 NZD per month.

  • Basic automation (simple workflows and sequences) is available on Marketing Hub Starter. More advanced features — branching logic, lead scoring triggers, and multi-step nurture sequences — require Professional or Enterprise. We can advise on the right tier for your use case before you commit to anything.
